Mark Sydney founded the boutique property company Pamada in 1984. For the first 15 years projects remained relatively small and Pamada was run very much as a hobby whilst Mark had senior roles with Mirvac and Lend Lease and with GPT prior to making pamada the primary focus.

Mark has a strong knowledge in complex projects, particularly residential. He has been Bid Leader for very large and complex Government Bids including (Sydney Olympic Village, Rouse Hill Regional Centre (NSW), Victoria Harbour (Melbourne) and Barangaroo (Sydney).

A Director of Pamada, Mark drives the business with enormous product knowledge for development, design and construction issues regarding complex residential projects.
