Altaf is a Development Manager with experience in retail, commercial office spaces, residential and fit-out projects. His training in architecture and business administration has given him the skills that enable him to manage strategic planning issues and achieve quality built outcomes.

Having successfully executed projects in U.A.E and South-East Asia Altaf has learnt the importance of meticulous attention to cost planning, value engineering and design review to ensure the best outcomes for the client. He is directly responsible for the performance and delivery of all construction projects. His direct involvement with each project and close monitoring of performance, safety and quality ensures that the client is satisfied.
