Having completed her diploma in Property Real Estate in 2004 and Graduating from UTS with a Bachelor of Property Economics in 2009, Yolanda brings to Pamada property experience in Real Estate and Residential Development.

During her studies, Yolanda worked in a number of residential and commercial / industrial Real Estate jobs gaining experience in both property management and sales. She then went onto work as an Assistant Development Manager at Mirvac from 2006 – 08. Yolanda’s primary focus in this position was multi-unit residential development at Rhodes Waterside where she worked closely with City of Canada Bay Council & a team of consultants to analyse and review options for new designs on 3 stages within the precinct. 

Yolanda also worked with the development team on Adina, Mirvac’s first stage at Rhodes Waterside which achieved 100% sales before the completion of construction in May 2008 and Tandara, Mirvac’s second stage at Rhodes which achieved very successful sales of 50% during the opening launch weekend in November 2008. Yolanda’s experiences with Mirvac have given her a sound understanding of residential development and the development process.
