Don Muggli has over 17 years of experience in the property industry including roles as Project Director with Brookfield Multiplex and Project Manager with Bovis Lend Lease. East Quarter. A redevelopment of a land fill site. East Quarter is mixed use project consisting of 629 apartments, 8,000m2 of commercial area, 2,000m2 of retail area and 1,200 below ground car parking spaces.
St Margaret‟s. A redevelopment of a hospital into 214 medium to high quality apartments, 800m2 of retail space and below ground car park.
